How a Service Works at Our Workshop
Whether you bring in a watch for a routine clean or a piece that has been in a drawer for decades, the process follows the same measured path.
Arrival & Assessment
The watch is photographed and logged. We discuss what you have noticed and what the watch means to you, then carry out a visual and timing assessment.
Quotation
Based on the assessment, we give you a clear price for the work needed. Nothing starts until you approve it. If we find something unexpected during servicing, we pause and contact you.
Servicing
The work is carried out by hand, using calibrated equipment. Parts are cleaned, lubricated, adjusted, and tested. Movement rate is measured before and after.
Collection
We walk you through the findings and the work completed. Full-service pieces come with a written record. You leave with a watch that has been properly cared for.
Service One
Movement Cleaning & Lubrication
A measured clean and re-lubrication of the movement to ease friction and steady the rate, suited to automatics that have not been serviced in several years. The work is carried out gently by hand, with each component cleaned individually before the movement is reassembled and regulated.
A brief health note on the mainspring and balance is included, so you have a clear picture of the movement's overall condition when the watch is returned to you.

Service Two
Water Seal Renewal
A renewal of gaskets and seals with a pressure check, helping a daily watch stay comfortable around splashes and rain. This is particularly useful before the rainy season or any time near water — Thailand's climate gives seals a fair amount of work to do.
The case and crown are cleaned during this process, and the service is often completed within a day. Seals age even when a watch is not being worn, so this is worth considering every few years regardless of visible wear.

Service Three
Heirloom Care Package
A considered package for family timepieces that blends movement servicing with gentle cosmetic care, keeping the watch wearable while respecting its age. Intended for sentimental pieces passed down through generations — pieces where the character built up over decades is part of the value.
Timing is agreed together in advance because these pieces sometimes need a longer look. Before photographs and a written record come with every Heirloom Care, providing something to pass on alongside the watch itself.

Movement Clean is for you if…
Your watch is running slow or fast, has not been serviced in 4–6 years, or you have just acquired an older automatic and want to know its condition.
Seal Renewal is for you if…
You wear your watch daily near water, the rainy season is approaching, or it has been more than two years since seals were last renewed.
Heirloom Care is for you if…
You have a family piece that carries sentimental value, needs both internal and external care, and where documentation and before photographs would be meaningful.
Workshop Standards
Protocols Shared Across All Services
Photographic Record on Arrival
Every watch is photographed before work begins. Condition is documented to protect you and give us an accurate reference throughout the service.
Timing Machine Measurement
Rate is measured on the timing machine before any movement work begins and again after regulation, so results can be shown in numbers.
Prior Approval on Extra Work
If additional work or parts are required that were not in the original quote, we pause and contact you before proceeding.
Parts Quality
We use quality lubricants appropriate to each calibre. Gaskets and seals are sourced to fit — we do not adapt parts that should be replaced correctly.
Secure Storage During Service
Watches in the workshop are stored securely and separated from other pieces at all stages to prevent confusion or accidental contact.
Clear Collection Handover
At collection, we walk through what was done and answer any questions. We do not hand a watch back in a bag without explanation.
